If your shipment is held in customs, it could be due to additional documentation requirements, inspections, or other regulatory issues. There may be instances where clearing customs may take a longer time due to the parcel breaching the local customs policies on prohibited/restricted items. You can find out more about the local customs prohibited/restricted goods here.
It could take some time for the parcel status to change as it is heavily dependent on the processes required by the local authorities. We are unable to dictate on how quick their processing time should be, but we are able to check with them on what's required to clear the parcel from customs to assist them with the process.
Do feel free to reach out to our team for guidance and follow their instructions to address any outstanding issues and facilitate the release of your shipment.
