How can I track the status of my return?

You can track the status of your return by entering your return tracking number at https://tracker.janio.asia/ on our website. You can also track via your Merchant Portal and refer to the "Manage Shipments" section. Additionally, you will receive email notifications with updates on the progress of your return.
