Can I track my order's status after it's been processed?

You can track your shipment by entering the tracking number provided to you during the order process on our website's tracking page: https://tracker.janio.asia/. The system will provide real-time updates on your shipment's location and status. 



You can find out more about what your parcel's status actually means hereGenerally, it takes about 1-2 days for the status to be updated. 



For delivered parcels, you would also be able to retrieve the parcel's ePOD via your account in Merchant Portal. Find out how here.
