Janio Shopify App Setup Guide

Overview

As a merchant selling your products through Shopify, you can now connect your Shopify store with your Janio merchant account. This will allow you to seamlessly ship orders received on your Shopify Store with Janio without having to manually import order details in the Janio merchant portal. Some of the benefits of this includes:

• Easy creation of shipments/orders in Janio merchant portal from your store's admin panel (/admin/orders/)
• Automatic updation of tracking number for each your order fulfillments shipped using Janio
• Easy printing of Janio shipping/tracking labels from within Shopify

Pre-installation

Before you start the integration process, please make sure:

1. You have an active Janio merchant account
2. You know the name of your Shopify store (e.g. STORE_NAME.myshopify.com)
3. You have admin rights to access your Shopify store account

Begin Integration

Step 1: Visit https://merchant.janio.asia/signin-shopify/?shop=SHOP_NAME.myshopify.com

Before clicking on the above mentioned link, please replace SHOP_NAME with the actual name of your Shopify store.

Step 2: When you visit the above mentioned URL, you will be asked to log into your Janio merchant account as shown below

Enter your Janio merchant admin credentials (email address and password) and then click on 'Connect to Shopify'.

Step 3: You will now see the Shopify Login screen as shown below

Enter your Shopify admin credentials (email and password). 

Step 4: After successful log in into your Shopify account, you will now the following screen to allow the installation of the Janio app into your Shopify store

Click on 'Install unlisted app'. 

Congratulations! You have just completed connecting your Shopify Store with your Janio Merchant account.
