Can I schedule a pickup for my package? (For Merchants/Sellers)

We are only able to perform pickups from Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays. Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule a specific time or time slot for the pickup due to operational reasons.

Do reach out to our Customer Support team for such requests. Please note that the cut-off time for requests to our team should be made at least 12 hours before, to ensure that the arrangements made can be executed by our first mile team timely. Any last minute requests are on best effort basis.
